Billy Webber is a master electrician licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and he holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License — rare for an electrician, and genuinely useful on rewires, additions, and permit-heavy work. You get a master electrician on-site for the work, not an apprentice sent out to figure it out.
